| New 1/3/2002 | This is a third page of some more photos of models within my collection, added in March 2002. Hope you like them Robin |
|
CMSC 1/76 Land Rover Ambulance This is the Mk 3 Land Rover, similar to that done in 1/35 by Tamiya. Really nice model in resin with metal details. The Red Cross markings come from a post war sheet by BW Models.

CMSC 1/76 Saxon Patrol In a guise common to Northern Ireland, another resin and metal kit from CMSC. Just one of a few different Saxon varaiants in their range. Markings again come from BW Models.

BW Models 1/76 Humber Pig The range from Barry Wright are metal models, and they make up well. Full assembly instructions are always provided, and there is a large variety of post-was British equipment, both armoured and soft-skin.

BW Models 1/76 Saracen Command Another one from the metal kit range by BW Models. It makes up easily enough, and parts fit well. With its higher superstructure it still sits well beside even the JB Models injection moulded kit of the basic Saracen.

Cromwell Models 1/76 Humber LRC The Light Recce Car is in the Combat Ready range. Very simple to put together. While these are intended primarily for wargamers, many collectors are picking these up because they really are very good.

Cromwell Models 1/76 M109 From their original "Collectors" series, this is a fine model, which cries out for the multi colour European scheme which was fun to paint (makes a change from plain Olice Drab). Also did an earlier version suitable for Vietnam period, with the shorter gun.

Cromwell Models 1/76 Panther A Another one translated straight from the original Collectors range into the Combat Ready series. Simple to put togther but you can see even from this there is planty of fine detail, and the zimmeritt pattern is just superb. Beats trying to do it yourself.

Cromwell 1/76 Morris Command Another from the Combat Ready range, the 6-whell Morris command is more unusual. Easy as it comes as a one piece casting, with the brushguard as the only additional part.

Milicast 1/76 M32 Very nicely detailed resin model, including some basic interior detail which can be see through the open turret. There is a fair bit to this one and it looks good.

Milicast 1/76 M3A1 With an added accessory set that provides racks and additional stowage, this is one of a number of M3 variants now in the Milicast range. It makes up well and is I think the best M3 out there at the moment.

Milicast M3 + 40mm Bofors Armed with the Bofors, that bit bigger gun than the 37mm armed M15A1 which is also in the range, and another of the various M3s that Milicast produce.

Milicast 1/76 Sdkfz 263 The command version of the German 8-wheeled armoured car series. One of the more recently re-modelled kits in the Milicast range, now with etched brass parts for the aerial.

MMS 1/76 Pz III Befehlswagen Super metal model once again from MMS, and the aerial on the rear deck comes ready to shape, just to be fitted to the supports. Goes together a treat.

MMS 1/76 Dodge Command One of a couple of minor variantions on the Dodge chassis, which includes either with or without winch kits, also the basic Weapons Carrier and the Ambulance. Metal models, with high quality castings.

MMS 1/76 Morris C4 One of a number of British 15cwt truck types in the MMS range. Even the tilt is included, and it looks most effective.
